This is a cobalt blue tinted polish with multichrome pigment, multichrome flakies, and iridescent flakies. The color shifting nature of the polish will make it look different depending on the lighting and angles, as shown in the photos. It is opaque 2-3 coats. Full size, 10 Free, hand mixed polish.
